VENDOR OPPORTUNITIES

As a vendor you will receive the following benefits:

  • An exhibit booth including one six-foot table with Wi-Fi access (electricity not included)

  • Company included in conference materials

  • Lunch for one (1) representative on the dedicated Exhibit Hall day, August 17th

  • Nametag with company name for all attending representative

  • One copy of attendee list

  • Listing on vendor check-sheet given to all attendees to promote booth traffic

BOOTH OPTIONS

  • Standard Booth with a 6’ table and two chairs for $750

  • Auto Booth with space for a vehicle and a table with two chairs for $1,000

  • Access to electric for $100

Make an impact with your investment! With a sponsorship, you will receive maximum recognition during the conference to all OSPOA Attendees.

ADDITIONAL OPPORTUNITIES

  • All-Day Beverage Sponsor ($1,500/day, 4 available) includes sign with company name and logo displayed throughout the day of service.

  • Lunch Sponsor ($3,000/day, 2 available) includes one 10-minute presentation during mealtime and sign with company name and logo displayed during the meal.

  • Banquet Sponsor ($5,000, 2 available) includes recognition at the Banquet including sign with company name and logo displayed throughout the event.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Vendor set up will begin at 1:00 p.m. on August 16th and attendees will have a dedicated exhibit hall time block during the afternoon on August 17th until 5:00 p.m. After that dedicated time, exhibitors must break down and remove their items from the space. If you want to stay for the Awards Banquet that evening, you must purchase a banquet ticket for $55/each.

Registration closes July 31st. Cancellations made prior to July 31st will receive a full refund. After July 31st, no refunds will be given. Any registered attendee who does not request a cancellation prior to July 31st and does not attend the conference is required to pay their balance in full.

If paying by credit card, your statement will show Oklahoma Municipal Management Services as the company. By registering and paying by credit card, you acknowledge that it will show Oklahoma Municipal Management Services instead of OSPOA and may be subject to a fee if the charge is disputed.
